Bobbie-Jo Butler’s property knowledge has been built from the ground up.
Her career has included working as a legal executive, experience within law firms and banking law experience with Westpac. She later qualified as a conveyancing practitioner, giving her the right to practise independently.
This background gives Bobbie-Jo a practical understanding of the legal, financial and personal sides of a property transaction.
She has worked across thousands of transactions involving homes, investments, businesses, developments, trusts, finance and subdivisions. That experience helps her recognise when something needs a closer look and when another specialist should be involved.
Bobbie-Jo is also a strong advocate for the conveyancing profession and the specialist value conveyancing practitioners provide to New Zealand property owners.
